Touch LCD Whiteboard Display TV Appearance normal problem solution:
1.Check appearance damaged or not.
2.whether machine have ever been disassembled or not.
3.Be sure IR filters and glass are clean without any dust or object cover on it.
4.USB cable damaged or not/cable head loosen or not/ USB port deformed or not.

Touch LCD display is combined IR touch screen and LCD TV together. When there is problem caused up, please analyze which part is the problem first before solving it.
Touch LCD Whiteboard Display TV Problems come during Installation
1. Images on screen deformed or part can’t show up, or screen fuzzy flashing?
2. Audio Speakers don’t work or only one side work well?
3. Touch working functionally, computer enter into screensaver status, no response when touching the screen again.

55” and 65” LCD Display Resolution is 1920*1080, some low-cost graphics card or graphics card driver doesn’t installed well, then it can’t reach this resolution.
c. frequency of Monitor does not under good refresh rate
Normal Refresh rate of LCD Monitor is 60-75 HZ..60 HZ is accepted.
d. Touch LCD Whiteboard Display TV cable loosen
2. Audio Speakers don’t work or only one side work well?
a. Audio cable poor connect.
b. Audio Card Drive doesn’t installed well.
c. Audio setting problem (only one side have sound)
d. Speaker cable poor connect.
e. Connect with HDMI cable, Picture ok, but no sound.
a). graphics card poor installation.
b). LCD driver does not match with the system. (fresh rate lower than 60HZ may have sound)
c). Mother boards or graphics card configuration too old
